Program
A typical day starts with yoga and meditation in the morning. After breakfast, there is a day activity or excursion. In the evening there are activities like yoga, Tai Chi or evening meditations. The day program can be adjusted if you'd like to watch the Northern Light during the evening or night.
During the retreat you will be making a dog sledding tour. It is the ultimate winter wonderland experience to glide with a dog sled over a thick pack of snow, through forests full of pine trees, rolling hills and miles of views.

The area around Lyngen is one of the areas in the world which is perfectly situated for observing the Northern Light. This atmospheric phenomenon can cover the entire sky with moving, wavy veils in all possible colors. It is difficult to capture in words and images, you have to experience it. For many, it's a magical experience. The accommodation is surrounded by an amazing fjord landscape and there are stunning views wherever you look. You can easily go on a short hike in the vicinity and immerse yourself in the beautiful surroundings.
You will be accommodated at Lenangen Lodge. The spacious and luxurious accommodation has a spectacular view of the fjord. The large windows give you the impression of being outside in nature. A fireplace and well-heated rooms will keep you warm inside while the winter is outside in all its splendor. There is also a sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. Imagine watching the Northern Light while sitting comfortable and warm in the outdoor jacuzzi!

All meals are included: breakfast, lunch and diner. Non-alcohol drinks are included.
The food is vegan based with meat or fish as side dish. Meals may be prepared gluten free, lactose free or diary free.
