Testing
This trip is mainly about relaxation and enjoyment, taking a break from the crowds in an environment of untouched Norwegian nature.
We will be outside a lot in the beautiful Norwegian nature. Yoga and meditation are taught every day (experience is not necessary). In the evening there are activities such as campfire building, stargazing, Tai Chi, singing bowls, music and mindfulness.
